When I was almost done with my high school exams, I had this dream of joining campus because I had this dream of being a Journalist. I also heard stories about the University life style and I missed the experience that some friends of mine used to tell me about University. I had this fear of joining the University because I knew no one in the University. When we talk of the youths we are basing on people of the age of 18 to 35 and in Kenya they are the people with the largest population and literally the highest percentage of them are unemployed and they always feel marginalised in terms of job opportunities.  The government of Kenya have tried to empower the youths through creating job opportunities to them, establishing the national youth Council body to represent them in the government and it had established some affirmative action funds even for the people living with disabilities. When we majorly base our topic on youths, there are many challenges that the youths in Kenya are facing in nowadays economy.
